Virtually every adult film actor or actress had other jobs on the side. For the women, it was usually stripping. For the men, it was usually sales of some sort. Silvera worked as a used car salesman at a lot on Ventura. Well, during this shoot, he kept joking about how little Randy West was and how he could kick his ass (that was always a theme with Silvera - 'gonna kick someone's ass today'). He was always trying to belittle other male actors on the set, but this day he was in rare form. It got very annoying and I recall North just walking off the set. A few days after the shoot was over, West and I paid some guy $20 to go to the dealership and test drive a car while Silvera was working and the manager was at lunch. We gave the guy a fake DL, but Silvera was such a fuck up that he never asked for it. He just gave the guy the keys. Well, the guy drove around the block, parked the car, and left. We were watching from across the street and Silvera is freaking out, pacing around and starting to go mental. After about 1/2 hour, his boss comes back and is livid. We couldn't hear what was being said but the guy was flailing his arms around, screaming. After about 15 minutes, the police arrive and we watch Silvera get on a bus (he didn't own a car) and take off, presumably fired. I don't think I ever laughed so hard in my life. I had to drive because West was laughing so hard he couldn't see straight.
